Looking for a place that I could park my RV in Colorado around Estes or Grand Lake area year round and leave it. Not really looking for a storage place.

Maybe he is from somewhere that does not have feet of snow?

Are you looking to buy a small parcel of land to put it on, or looking at a CG/Resort that would allow this? Are you wanting to use it during various times of the year?

I'm not aware of any place in the Estes Park area that would allow or provide this, since all of the CG/RV Resorts there are seasonal and utilities turned off. It's possible that some private land owner may allow something like this. More specifics as to what your complete plan is, would be helpful in further answers.
