Ordinary wood spring clothes pins work fine for us.

Our current trailer had them factory installed but on our previous 5th wheel I used clothes pins, longer the better.

I can't remember the brand, went to dealer and had them order "flexible" extensions for me. Been 8+ years and they are still in good shape and NO BLACKSTREAKS.
