Roof Maintenance???

I have a camper that's about two years old. It is not covered at any time of year. I have difficulty getting on the roof so any maintenance would have to be done by a "professional." I'm wondering if it is necessary at this point or if it can wait for a bit longer. I imagine that there are differing schools of thought on this issue so am interested in hearing what they are. Thanks much.

One would *think* that a two year old camper should be fine, but that doesn't account for any damage from debris or shoddy workmanship. Any way you can get alook at it from a ladder? You're looking for any obvious damage or cracks in the caulking.
