So they lifted the rear of the trailer and used the TV to pull forwrd to get it back on the surface:

My first thought when I saw it was Explorer. Looks like the newer Explorer grill. It also looks like it completely spun around. I could be wrong, but I think that's the northbound lanes of 275 where it meets 175, and that vehicle is facing south.
