I just wanted to thank Safety-Plus steering stabilizer company for above and beyond service. A week or so ago we had a steering stabilizer installed at the Austell, GA factory. The install was fast and efficient. After driving the unit for several hours it became obvious to us that all was not well. We actually had the unit taken off in Huntsville, AL by a helpful fellow rv'er.
We then drove to Ft Payne, AL and drove our toad back to the factory and asked for whatever refund might be appropriate. After we explained the symptoms we noticed, the owner of the company Brian offered a complete immediate refund and declined our offer of paying something for the tech's time installing it.
He then also offered to send two tech's to Ft. Payne where the MH was located and put another smaller unit on at no charge to us and remove the new unit if we were not satisfied after a test drive. The feeling was that perhaps the original unit was too large for our rig and the positive caster I had added was interacting with the stabilizer.
Yesterday the tech's showed up tested our steering box, installed the new unit and after a one hour test drive we were completely satisfied. All at no charge to us.
We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company to others.
