Just curious. Why so many tan campers these days? Earth friendly? Overstock of tan fiberglass? Easier to hide dirt?

No complaints. Just wondering why the craze?

One of the reasons we bought the one we have is that we liked the floor plan and then saw one with a color that wasn't tan. Sold us on the one in our signature

It worked out coincidentally that our new TT coordinates perfectly with our old TV! It is the new standard for DW from this point forward. :S. In fact, she sees the value in coordinating our "travel ensemble" as well! ??????????????. Help me.......".

While things are going full circuit, how about bringing back Rudy Gernreich's monokini for women.

There is a small office building in Goshen Indiana with a sign on it that says "RV Fabric Showroom". I have always wanted to walk in and say "do you know you have taste for s**t".

In our case, finding a black F250 was actually a fluke. In fact, it was the only one we could find with the specs we wanted.

Imagine having a bright orange, red or yellow truck to match your Winnie TT. :E That'd sure get you noticed in a CG or anywhere else for that matter...

Just a side question; are the large graphic swirls, etc. paint or decals? If decals, what will it cost to replace them in 5 or 6 years when they start to crack and peel?

One reason tan is used is because is is available as an OEM exterior wall, no painting needed, and it is a nice change from the stark white. Add some random black graphics, and it makes for an OK looking rig. So, it provides the look of a custom paint job, but sans the 4-5 digit price tag for the RV maker.

It is a change, good/bad/ugly... beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I am of the opinion that our light grey TT is the nicest TT in the CG. Just my opinion but I'm sticking to it..

It will be until I get there, lol...

As to why tan----ever been to Phoenix? The whole place is tan and the reason is the dust storms that happen. Tan is a lot easier to keep looking attractive.

This what light grey looks like. A black truck sets it off nicely against the all black trim and fittings on the TT. ๐Ÿ™‚ A black truck sure is a really bad choice for keeping clean tho. ๐Ÿ˜ž

I have some toy haulers that were grey with black trucks. Beautiful set-ups.
