But at least we have indoor plumbing, even if we have to take it with us, and empty it out.

I've lived without it - those are 'interesting times'.

I don't need a rig which drives itself. I like driving/ traveling. I want a rig which takes care of the waste water by itself.

We can all do that right now. Just park it on a lightly traveled street, leave the key in the ignition and walk away. I guarantee that your RV will go somewhere on vacation. Just not your vacation. ๐Ÿ™‚

My current non-automated RV can have my beverages cold when I arrive at my destination. The future is here now...at least some parts of it.

The new regulation only applies to autonomous vehicles in testing, and Google has said they will comply by installing a temporary steering wheel and pedal system. The regulators are still working on autonomous vehicle regulations that would apply to vehicles without a steering wheel or pedals.

California DMV says Googleโ€™s autonomous car tests need a steering wheel

It is interesting, Google has developed a car that has no steering wheel, this car is now illegal in California. Why, CA just passed a law that says you got to have a steering wheel.

The car drives itself don't you know.

Anyone think we have been well and truly cursed?

Cool. Send the motorhome to the destination and program it to set up.

We will fly there when it is all set up.

I could get used to that.
