Totaled travel trailer by insurance company

Our 2010 Jayco TT was recently damaged in the central Illinois Tornado's that hit Woodhaven Lakes Campground.
Has anybody had to deal with having a trailer removed that's not towable and damaged? I know the insurance company is going to ask for estimates on removal of old trailer.
