Do you have some kind cable lock.Just wanted to make liitle hard for the ones that want to steal.

I built a cable, I do lock it if it is not on the roof. I often set it on the roof

I went to a marine supply place and had them swedge eyes on the end of a 50 ft stainless rigging wire. Much cheaper than the Home Depot item above. Then I use a couple padlocks... one on the dish and one around a tree, the motorhome or whatever is available.

I have the cable lock below that I use on our 1518. I run it through the loop on the bottom of the tripod I have it on and then around the trailer landing gear leg or bumper. 30' gives me the ability to have room to move it around if I need to. Hope this helps.
