all DC appliances are failing!!! help

I have a 2014 Pallazo with the magnum inverter. My DC appliances have started failing. The LED lights are starting to flash, the TV controller shorted out, the Swintech control boxes have volts coming in and no power. I believe the system is getting AC into the DC. Have someone coming out tomorrow to help me check output on the system. Still have furnace and water pump, but figure they will go also. Has anyone experienced a melt down like this???

Have you measured the battery voltages?

I would disable the charger in the converter and for the moment hook up an automotive SMART CHARGER to charge the batteries.. NOTE: Some smart chargers are one pass. Bulk, Absorption Float.. forever (till you shut them off and reset)

Some will switch back to bulk if needed. and re-cycle automatically without a manual reset.

If this fixes it get the inverter/charger serviced.

-OR-.

Put a Progressive Dynamics 9200 in parallel with it..

Fact: I have a very nice Inverter/Charger (prosine 2.0) but prefer the PD 9180 with Wizard (Same as the 9280) for battery charging,, I just like the program better in the Wizard.

Even if they are not loose there could be a bad connection due to corrosion under the clamps. Remove the cables, clean the inside of the clamps and the surface of the battery posts then reconnect. Do one at at a time OR take a picture of all the wiring so you don't have any problems when reconnecting them.

When you checked the battery on the control panel, were you still connected to shore power? Unplug the camper and then check the battery level. If batteries are going bad the converter will still be putting out 12 V power and the control panel will see the 12 V from the converter. With the camper unplugged the only 12V will be from the batteries.

Remove the fuse on the Magnum DC + wire. Does everything now work OK assuming the batteries are charged of course?

The ME2012 is a charger/inverter so you found it.

Have you checked the 12V fuses? None of the things you mention run off the inverter...

This says it is an Inverter charger.Manual
Page 46 has troubleshooting. I would be looking for a bad connection. Clean the battery cable connector and those on DC input fuses.

See what happens when you shut off the charger from the magnum control panel. It sounds like bad/disconnected batteries to me.

Sounds like a CONVERTER issue.
Isn't your Magnum inverter an INVERTER only? What is your model number?

Battery READs ok through the control panel

The batteries are too difficult for me to check each separately but get 12-14 volt on the group. (coach not engine)
