Charging chassis battery on Sprinter

Mercedes recommends a special charger to maintain charge on the chassis battery or damage to the electronics can occur. Has anyone used the battery tender JR to maintain their chassis battery during storage?

I can boost my chassis battery through the house batteries if needed for starting.I think the battery tender will do the trick when my chassis battery gets low. Thanks

I am a big fan of Battery Tender and have 7 different sized chargers including the Battery Tender Jr. Have used Battery Tenders for over 10 years with good results.
