Jack Antenna Died

While on a trip to South Texas recently, we were set up in a campground. On Saturday morning, we were watching one of 123 channels in the Houston area when all of a sudden, the TV started to act up. I went to check the Jack antenna and watched it shut down completely. It no longer works. I went checking for a circuit breaker for the antenna and found none.

Has anyone else had a problem with a Jack Antenna system like this?
It was in the low 90's when this occurred.

It is a full Jack system factory installed on a 2016 TT.

Is this the full Jack, or replacement head?

I had a problem with mine recently. It would not work so I checked for the red LED on the bottom of the Jack head. It was not on, no power to the head. Looked to see if I had turned the power on at the selector box, yes power there. I then went up to the antenna head. There I found the RG-6 connector loose and tightened it no more problems. Your problem may be different, but that is what I found.

They can die, but it's a fuse not a breaker.. Check your wall switch (the plate with the light and the switch) see if the light is on.

If you need to replace it, Consider a winegard Sensar IV with Sensar Pro to replace the wall plate.

If yuou need to replace JUST the wall plate, consider the Snesar Pro from Winmegard .. it will work with the jack and makes the "Sure Lock" look like.. Junk.
