Been considering replacing the Aqua-Magic Style II toilet in my 2014 Solitude due to repeat problems. Anyone replaced their's with a Dometic 310 Series? Suggestions?

I have had a video out for years. You must have missed it. Go to squeeze the poo in the search column

DANG, did they replace it under warranty?

They have a two year warranty and it was a bit over that time, so I didn't pursue it.

I was camped at Shipshewana and the neighboring camper was having his 320 replaced for the second time, so I asked the factory authorized repairman about parts and he said that he might be able to help in a few days. I didn't have the time so I just replaced the entire toilet. The porcelain and plastic base are bonded together and disturbing that bond can result in future problems, so parts aren't offered.

Thanks! I have been so happy with mine that i should buy another for sure.

If you had the pyramid problem proceed as follows. Reach your hand down the hole as far as possible. When you feel anything chunky squeeze it between your fingers until it not chunky. Put 5 gallons of water down the hole and put you arm back in and swirl it around. Give it a few minutes and letr rip.

It appears that the seal can easily be replaced.

That is why I said "ball valve" not seal.

3.5 years and the "BALL" is just fine. Occasionally remove the seal and give it a good cleaning. dry it off and coat the bottom side of the seal with Vaseline. Now with the ball closed push the seal into place, you may need to open the valve to finish positioning the seal. Clean the ball good with DAWN and some Hot water also before replacing the seal.

Most issues are people knocking one of the ball side supports off when cleaning the toilet.

WaLa it's good to "GO". ๐Ÿ˜‰
