I didn't know the 2800 models even had a fuel filter. My circa 2002 one didn't, that I know of. I do know that depending on how they're mounted, you might have to drop the gen out of the motorhome, to get at it, unless there's an access hole above them somewhere in the motorhome. My Roadtrek was set up like that. Had to have it dropped when the start/run solenoid wiring needed to be replaced. A long time ago.
