RV Step Motor

I have a 2007 Winnebago Voyage It has a triple Kwikee step. The motor that it uses is a 214 1001> I ordered one through Amazon and the Motor Matched exactly except one thing. The shaft on the new motor is about 1/8t of an inch to long and there is a shoulder on the that will not allow the gear to slide all the way into place. I went back and checked what I had ordered and it was for the proper number motor. I am having difficulty finding the proper motor with the right shaft and shaft length. HElp me out PLEASE!

When you swap the Gear from the old motor shaft to the new motor. There IS a washer that is installed FIRST that will make the shaft the correct length. IF you have NO washer, then you lost it. Doug
