first thing in the morning when I get up I hear this horrible rattling sound, kind a like a switch clicking open and closed over and over again. I rattles the floor and causes lights, TV and AC to shut off or flicker. I've tried so many things to fix it. can it be connected to the water heater?

sounds like the check valve on the water heater you may need to reestablish the air pocket in the water heater. or a bad thermostat or heating element going bad if you have a electric water heater.

this is in a 5th wheel and the back. The inverters and everything is located near the front. I have the circuit box but it is not the issue. I had a mechanic pull the circuit box out and nothing is out of place.

I purchased a new power cord. But seams to happen after I use the shower and the water heater is heating the water back up. Once it hit temp the issue stops.

Sounds more like the converter or the transfer switch.

Turn it off and try again.

Some information about what type of RV, transfer switch, generator, 30 or 50 amp, etc., might help.
