Where is the thermostat located and is that different than the thermistor? My fridge is turning my milk into a popsicle when on electricity. It runs fine on gas.

No- those notes are from another thread, though they do apply to removing the thermostat. The plastic cover is removed in this picture- this drawing will kind of show it- it is the cover with the 2 #1 screws in it-

Your RM2410 does not use a thermister, it uses a dual mode thermostat, single thermostat for both LP and electric. It is one the rear of the refrigerator, with a shaft running from the knob back to the thermostat. It has a small capillary tube which runs in to the cabinet and is attached to the fins under a metal plate.

This part on the back of the refrigerator is under a white plastic cover- the silver block in the center is the thermostat itself.

Even at lowest setting, the fridge temp is 20 degrees. According to the manual, I need a new thermostat, but I don't know where it is located or what it looks like.

Thermistor is the thermostat.
You can adjust temperature by moving the unit up to cool more down to cool less.
