hello all I figure that I would start this thread so we can all show off our TV's that do the burden work and then are forgoten once you get where you are going. so here is my 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 LB, EC, 2WD

Note from moderator,
Please keep pics to a max 640 width as a favor to those with smaller screens and dial up. "IF" you can not figure out how to make the pics smaller, post them, PM me or hit 'notify moderator' button, say you can not resize pics, and I aka blt2ski/Marty will go in and edit/fix.
Enjoy everyones pics

After a long awaited upgrade we finally did it. Got a great deal on a new 2015 Ram 2500 Mega Cab 4x4, 3.73's, tow mirrors, integrated brake controller, 10k GVWR, 2750lb Payload plus much more..

I was tired of worrying about our old 2012 1500 Outdoorsman with only 1201lb's of payload not being enough to handle our family.. We can now finally load up and go camping with no worries!

Can't wait until the first trip!

Pic was taken on top our parking structure, I was very surprised it fit through. lol

Congrats!!! Thats a beauty!!! love the color!!!

Finding two parking spaces can be tough in most lots. A place like HD you can find them but most other places its really difficult Having been to Houston many times I certainly see a difference in the quantity of available parking. I am sure though as a visitor I probably see a different side to the daily routine.

the parking spaces in texas aren't any bigger here either.

I would have to get you a picture...most of our lots including places like Home Depot have to meet parking quantity regulations so they make the spots smaller. A CC LB does not fit in a single spot at home depot, never mind a place like a shopping center or supermarket.

This is why I usually take up two spaces but rarely park up front. I often park way out in left field. I need the walking exercise anyhow ๐Ÿ˜‰

Nice lookin rig! Heated rear seats?! That must be new for 2015.

interesting. i have the old "leaf spring" front end (doesnt turn nearly as sharp as your coil spring front) and I've never had an issue in any city in the NE or mid-atlantic.

whats 2 more feet i say....152 vs 172 inch wheelbase...and a leaf spring front mean i just use reverse more often than coil front suspension guys....of course length of the truck doesnt have anything to do w/ width (and yes there are tight parking everywhere).

I see you are located in the great state of Texas. That state has facilities and parking lots designed for use with pickups. Up here in the unsavory and conservative north they refuse to make parking lots, drive thru windows, or anything else friendly for trucks. I used to have a 2006 CC LB and would never do it again, unless I move.

Why a short bed ? The factory fuel tank on the long bed used to be 10gal larger, is that not still the case ?

at least with a long bed you have room for "things" - including an auxiliary fuel tank (cause lord knows you'll need it) for increased range.
