1972 Holiday Rambler Travel Trailer

Just bought a one owner 40 year old Holiday Vacationer and probably paid too much. It is in pretty good shape as far as appliances, a/c, heat, cushions, tables, windows. It has a fiberglass roof, no sign of leaks. Fresh water aluminum tank replaced with fiberglass one, new propane tanks.
Had original manual and brochure - even the receipt!
We lost a tire while moving it and the rim and bolts were all gone with the tire. We are looking to replace a few things right now and I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.

4 star style rim
Holiday US shaped logos (3) yellow that are screwed into the outside.
Wheel well trim - hubby is trying to repair fiberglass
Any ideas for polishing the exterior trim (galvanized aluminum?) Tried Mothers for chrome and aluminum with no results.

Thanks! I will try to post pictures soon.

I have a 73 Rambler, removed everything and took it down to the walls. Noticed some mold and softness in the flooring at the bathroom/shower location. Has anyone had the pleasure of removing the sandwich style floor? If so what have you replaced it with?

Dust caps at NAPA or Autozone. Easy to find. My Aunt an Uncle had a 74 single axle and loved it. My Aunt did'nt like packing for a trip though.

the bolts may be just as hard to find… on most of them one side of the trailer has right hand threaded bolts and the other side uses left hand threaded bolts…

the Fayette wheels will work on the axle to…

Thanks JJBIRISH one of those is it for sure - price makes me want to go back to the freeway and look for it! I also need a 2 inch dust cap for the center wheel. I will try to find one there.

Your beat bet, since those wheels have been out of production for a lot of years is to order new axle assemblies. Then buy new tires and wheels to match.
