We just purchased the trailer in the title, DW was tired of climbing up and down into the camper and into the cabover bed, she has severe arthritis in one of her knees. This was affordable, to use for a few years to see what we want to do long term, from a friend of hers that can't use it anymore due to medical problems.

I was hooked up, paperwork done, about to get into my truck, and the friend says "Oh, and we had a little leak in the roof, i think we have it traced to a small crack in the sealant by the fridge vent". Wellll, $h1t! I think to myself, still smiling. Obviously, in the inspection phase, I didn't note any water damage. But I don't want to allow it get worse.

I checked it out when I got home, and the sealant around the refrigerator vent is pretty obviously shot, and it looks like a recaulk is on order everywhere. In the paperwork, I don't see any mention of the roof material. So in order to get the correct sealant materials, what kind of roof do I have?

Edit: Should have mentioned, it is some kind of one piece membrane, mostly whitish. I would assume EPDM or TPO, but assumption is related to me looking foolish...

Looks like with this age, it has to be a rubber roof, seems like this is before TPO. So, preference on sealant for what I am describing? Dicor 501LSW reads like it's the right stuff.

We had an Aljo Aly of early 90's vintage. It had an aluminum roof with seams.
Back then I didn't know about Eternabond (if it even existed) but that would be a good choice to seal all those seams.
