AC leaking into the rv

So I tightened the gasket bolts, not too much and ran the ac. After about 10 minutes water started flying out of where the blower motor is (I had the inside cover off while watching). This is the only place water has ever leaked into the TT. I think the gasket is good. I think the tightening is fine. I'll check for drainage debris on the roof tomorrow, but if none is there what else should I check?

It's possible the indoor coil is freezing up. this can be caused by a couple things. To little air flow. Check your filters and make sure they are clean. Could also be caused by a freon leak. An under charged system will freeze up the indoor coil and drip water to the interior. Pull the cover off the inside and look up inside the unit to see if the indoor coil is frozen up.

I sadly paid an RV Mobile Repair to find out that all I had to do was 'unlevel' my RV a bit so the water did not sit on the roof. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Similar issue with mine when new. Found AC over tightened and seal smashed causing drains to be against roof and not able to function.

Sounds like the drain is blocked up and the pan is overflowing. You have to pull the cover off and clean the drain pan.

So it was thinking that the rv may be too level.... no water to really travel anywhere. I'll jack it up about an inch tomorrow and look for drips in the rear off the roof.
