Another eternabond question

Just saw a recent post about eternabond and it got me thinking....

I have a roll of eternabond that I have been carrying around for about two years, in the back of my truck, in case I needed it.

Now I wonder, does it have a shelf life? I would hate to need it and dig it out only to find it has lost its adhesive ability or melted or something.

I sent the question to eternabond, but thought I would ask here also in hopes someone has experience with this particular question.

Thanks. Looked, but apparently missed that on the website.

From their website.

"EternaBondยฎ has an expected life (depending on where you live) of 18-35 years exposed to the weather. EternaBondยฎ has a 5 year shelf life so if you don't use it all at once it will be ready when you need it."
