Should...on my 2011 Ram 3500
Underneath the rear I have the big wig sway bar, SuperSprings, Airbags, SuperHitch everything and a 60 gallon Transfer Flow replacement tank, lots of stuff but it all works....

It does make my truck feel stiffer going over bumps-

If for instance the left rear hits a bump or hole, since it is now tied to the right rear- the left cannot move as easily. That transmits more of that bump or hole into the truck frame.

Our local roads are rough so I remove the BigWig in the late fall and install it in the spring- since we don't use our TC during the winter.

I had a Big Wig installed, then later got a Super Hitch. The Super Hitch came with a plate that replaced the frame brackets of the Big Wig.

Check with Super Hitch folks; Torklift. They will tell you exactly if it will fit your make/model/year truck.

Yeah Scott unloaded it corners flat just like any 8000 pound race car would...

as far as I can tell it only affects lean

It should. I have a 2011 3500 dually 4X4 with Super Hitch and Big Wig, Works great.
