Biggest non-slide campers?

So I'm trying to help a friend camper shop, and it's funny how hard it is to find a big (11'+ floor) non-slideout camper these days! He's parking space limited, so even having a side slide is no good (having to shoehorn between the road and a building).

I really liked my 2004 S&S 11DB, but I can't find anything remotely equivalent in new rigs these days ... what am I missing? There's got to be something out there, right?

I have been looking for a good condition pre-owned 1055 for over a year.. and finally found one that I just purchased for all the above reasons. I can't WAIT to get it home this weekend! Good luck in your search! ๐Ÿ™‚

If your friend can find a in good condition Lance 1055 it should fit the bill. I have a 2008/9 1055 and I love it. State beach laws do not allow slides opened, so most beach guys on Long island use to but the 1055's. Lots of storage and a dry shower to boot.

I've been tempted to go for an 865 and sell my 811. There's an allure to not having a slide.

Thats really why I like my Lance 1055

Looking now... but be warned, their website doesn't format correctly in Firefox (at least on my computer it doesn't)

Considering the high cost of freight getting campers across the country, I'm really surprised at how good their prices are compared to dealers in Eastern WA (which is 5 hours from the factory)

There are other dealers that order the 865. I'm pretty sure Princess Craft in Austin orders some. The thing is, they only order so many, and AF only makes what is special ordered. Once they're gone for the year, that's it.

Apache Camping Center in Everett, WA, Tacoma, WA and Portland, OR has the Arctic Fox 865. It's the only non slide AF, and Apache is the only dealer that carries it.
It's a tad longer than the 811, but not huge by any means.
