Hey That was ME with that setup!
Check ITLooks like you board and bike tight setup is set right into the seat channels, so they can't move! Looks like a safe setup.
I used another board for the back wheels to be placed on, and bungy corded them sucure to that board. Bungy corded the two bike together also. You could swing the back wheels toward the other bike and bungy them together, that way rear wheel won't bounce around, that basically what I did.
Experience some minor shifting, from what I assumed is the RIDE inside the trailer. Never enough to move them much.
At times I would store a case a water or something dense, so the rack/bikes were wedged in. Mine was on the actual cushions!!!!always had a towel or old blanket down.
Just have to be careful, when loading, and take time to secure.
Benefits of being out of weather and road grime build up with having them on back of trailer, safe & secure inside with stops, is great!

PS: We have since sold our TT, still have the basic bike tight board, have used it once, on the bed aera in our C, traveling through nasty weather to a race.
