Good Lord. It's great ! But, I don't know. Has anyone "down under" ever heard of Overkill ?

Watching these videos I would think that the whole continent is just one big unexplored area.

Except, then were do you purchase gas for the tow rig? It looks like it has a small fuel tank and gets bad KPG ?

What happens when you step on a deadly snake or spider and there is no hospital within 1000's of miles ? How would you even call for help?

I would have said the same thing, except I would have said the
State Highways in Alabama.
Our roads will beat a car up. A HD truck is better, but not the answer. Alabama needs to rework our Highways and Interstate Highways.

Now I feel insulted by our own trailer manufacturers.:B

They thought we're not manly enough for these rugged off-road rigs. Or too poor and cheap to be able to buy one.:M

Boondocking does not require expensive rigs from far away.
A canoe and a tent is right.
Youth is mostly in your head.
I will never stop tent camping. It fits in a canoe.
I am 70 and working on my wood and canvas Old Town to get it back in the water.
Some day there will be motorized wheelchairs.

Interesting and shows what can be done if you are willing to pay for it.

However, my idea of Boonedocking involves a canoe and tent. Oh to be young again. 🙂

I've read that these run about $70,000. Supposedly they are available in the USA.

Please don't let me start ranting and raving about how is it possible that Australia, with less than a tenth of the population of the US, has far more and far better boondocking trailer options than the US does. Yes, they have a big outback. So do we.
