Bought a new camper

We ordered our new camper today. They don't have the floor plan online yet or I would post it. We bought the Jayco Jayflight 29QBS 2015 model with the extra insulation and premier package. Now the wait begins. They told us probably 8 weeks. We did go with the Fiberglass siding.

Congratulations on your new camper! Sounds like a beauty! On a day like today 3/2 in North Carolina it is very hard not to get excited about camping. Maybe thats why I'm reading the forums!! We are just down the road in Cornelius and have an Open Range 5th wheel. Great places to camp right in the Carolinas so you should be all set. See you on the road!

Congrats. Go camping in your back yard the first time and stick close to home for a couple of trips so that you can decide what it is you want to take with you and it gives also you a chance to get all the bugs worked out.

That sounds good considering AND you got everything you wanted. More $$$ off than I would have thought. Hopefully my dealer will do the same when the time comes.

Is the updated electronics a better quality inverter panel?...or does it include a better audio system than the usual Jensen junk they put in RVs? (I'm surprised that there isn't an option for better audio systems since the Jensen standard units shouldn't be in anything IMHO)

You can compare your price with a wholesaler like RVdirect.com to see how you did. Congrats!

Oh and I did get a few extras. I ordered with the R20 insulation in walls, ceiling, and underneath the sealed belly. Also I got the Arctic package or whatever they call it. I also got the updated electronics package. I also bought the Premier package.

Congratulations on the new campers. I bought my Open Range 31 ft last fall and I love it. I had it out 2 times last fall and we just got back from Laughlin Nevada last week

The list price was 32,000 or 33,000 if I recall and we gave $25,000. Probably not the best deal but I wanted to deal with my local dealer that has been really good to a couple of my friends.

When you ordered, how were they on cost based on the MSRP? What percentage off was it? Ordering may be the answer for us as well, but seems they are not as good on deals with that.
