Soooo....He either told them he was going to sue them to death for screwing up the trailer, and they got scared and caved to immediately replace/repair/whatever as long as he completely deleted his posts blaming them for their incompetence...

or,

He got it fixed and decided to be a ***EDITED*** and deleted all his posts and replaced them with a stupid sunglass emoji.

Either way, as stated above, every one that reads this thread is going to wonder who the moron was that kept posting the emoji face and think that everyone who was responding was talking to the invisible man.

No wonder there are some on here that are a bit extreme in their responses to questions...And I am getting to the point where I kind of don't blame them.

This thread is a perfect example of the benefits of quoting the OP!

I and any one else reading this in the future is clueless because every post made by the OP is now deleted.

I just looked and there are plenty of your trailers still for sale. Surely there are others with this problem.

Such a stupid mistake on Keystone's part. Sorry you are dealing with it, but I think you have to take it to the next level now. Worst part is now the dealer is likely more liable than Keystone because of the modifications.

From what I can see in the pictures, they simply didn't cut a hole in the tank. I don't see the "there is 1" from the toilet flange (exit of toilet tube) and a protrusion on the black tank (a shelf above the drain valve)."

If that's right, a side cutting bit on a Dremel would fix it in a jiffy. Don't let the cutout piece fall into the tank, it might eventually block the drain.

What you are seeing in the pictures is the BOTTOM of the tank. Cut that and you have nothing. The tank has a shelf like a truck camper cabover with the exit valve underneath. Someone decided it was a good idea to install the toilet directly above so it drops onto this shelf.

Looks like the floor plan was all that mattered and functionality was ignored.

This.

I hope you have documentation of all this. Looks like you have photos. Make a chronological log of all the issues, emails, responses, pictures, etc. Make copies, and put together 2 separate binders. One for a hard-nosed attorney, one for yourself.

Sue them for every penny you paid, anything you have spent, and any expense you had taking it to/from the dealer, plus any punitive damages you can get. This is completely inexcusable.

So there is also no support under the tank so it's going to form a sagging belly when full. Next thing you know it will be cracking the drain fitting where it goes through the frame work. Sorry to hear of all the heck you are going through. I have told DW several times that if we had bought a $40,000 new one and had a ton of trouble I wouldn't be able to handle the stress of it all. Hope it works out for you.

Says right on the paper work that they ingineered it. No wonder the fix is bad.

Sorry to poke fun but that is just a bad situation. Really hope things turn around and it gets resolved to your satisfaction without too much more trouble. I do not feel you are being unreasonable or unrealistic based upon what you've posted.

Good luck!
