If you go to torqlifts website, and check the fit, depending on the cab (subercab or crewcab) of the truck they were originally mounted on, the part numbers for the tiedowns are different between the 2011 and the 2016.
Having just gone through this with my 2016 CC SB truck, you have to be careful. The part numbers change due to cab and sometimes bed length.

Why would you ask that here and not call the helpful people who manufacture them for the correct answer?

The frame mounts are frame-specific so if they come from different model, you won't be able to use them.
You can redo the rears, who usually go to rear hitch bar, but no way you will be able to adapt fronts.
Go to TL site and enter the truck the seller has and then yours.
See if the TL numbers will match. Slim chance, but sometimes you can get lucky
I am can fabricate and weld steel and last February picking up new truck did not want to spend $650 for few lb of steel.
So I was able to fabricate rear ties with material I had in my garage, but for front I spend the money on new TL.
