Dicor roof - is this good or bad?

I'm considering a used 2007 camper that the brochure says has a "Dicor roof". I do not know anything about this material. Please share all you know, good, bad, or other. Thanks in advance.

either EPDM or mixture with TPO. not as good as fiberglass in my opinion. OK if TPO, not OK if EPDM.

Almost have to laugh at that because Dicor is a common sealant we use to patch roofs.
