I am having a hell of a time getting at the valve stems to inflate my rear tires or air checks on my dually. The inside tires are the worst. What suggestions do you recommend? How about any of these kits?

it's not really an extension, they are flow through caps.... but I guess it does act as an extension.

Below is a link to more of them in case you lose them, my truck came from the dealer missing one of them.

Agree. On mine it looks like a cap on the valve stems but is actually and extender.

I've tried a bunch of inflators including a much more expensive Milton inflator but I've found this cheap one below to work great. Not sure how long the gauge will stay accurate but so far so good.

PS: I've left the inside flow through caps but on the 2 outside and the front I removed them and just use a standard cap. Gives a bit more room to get to the inners. YMMV

Double ended air chuck and pressure gauge. Be sure the inner has the no cap valve stem so it's simply a push.

Put these caps on each valve stem. They’re flow-through, and don’t need to be removed to check the pressure. Alligator brand is one of the best available.

Alligator valve stem caps

On my truck I have to use a pressure gauge like this to reach the inner rear tires. Notice that both chucks are angled. I can’t get on the inner tire valve stem with a straight chuck.

Angled dual-chuck pressure gauge

I don’t like any of the flexible hose extensions. They all work fine until they don’t, then you’ll need to buy a new tire. BTDT.
