Height of AF 811 while loaded on an F350?

I just purchased an Arctic Fox 811 but won't be able to pick it up for a month or so. I will be putting it on my 2012 F350 SRW and I'm wondering if it is going to fit in my barn or not. Does anyone have this set up and knows what the overall height is going to be? My barn door is about 11 feet 5 inches tall.

Thanks for all the replies guys. It doesn't look like mine will be fitting in my barn unless I offload it onto a dolly and then pull the dolly inside. I guess it will be sitting outside this winter at least.

I'm over 12' tall with my AF811 and F250. The new nose on the AF is taller, but overall height has not changed.

Most of the AF TCs are all about the same height. My 1140 on my truck is 12'4" tall to the top of the AC. I cant get my unit under a standard 12' high garage door. My truck sits high in the rear so that does make a difference. My guess is that you will be very close. Make sure you have a spotter when you first try it.

It is a 2014 with the new nose style. I'm pretty sure it is only the nose that is 4 inches taller and not the overall height of the roof.

New production? I recall seeing that 2014 models are taller (4 inches?) then old models.

When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.

Its 58in to the top of my bed rail. If I add 90in and subtract 3in for squatting that puts me right at 12 feet. Hmmmm, maybe if I air down my tires I can squeak it in my other barn which is right under 12 feet. Not the barn I want to put it in though.

Hey XPD, I went out and measured just my 811 camper (off truck). You could measure up 78" from top of your truck box, add about 12" if you have the AC installed. You could subtract about 3" to account for truck "squat" once the camper is on. This would be an approximate measurement of course. Hope that helps you.

My F250 4x4 also has 20 inch wheels. The TC would push down on the bed a little so it wouldn't be quite that high. Just a guess.

Lots of variables. I would call the dealer and ask them the the height and add it to your bed height. Guess a lot would depend if you had a 4 by 2 or a 4 by 4 F350. I do see the AF 811 is 9' 4" with A/C. My F250 4 by 4 bed is right at 38". That would put you at approx 12' 6".
