Hey,

Our family has grown to 8, and need a very large bunkhouse with dual bunks. I've been looking everywhere and just can not find anything that really fits the need.

Any one have 6 large kids (4 boys / 2 girls) with 3 large dogs..

Is it a 335BHS floorplan ? here is a link

this one will gross (roll down the road) about 8700# and maybe 1300# on the hitch. I would ask around to confirm real weights. It seems light for a TT this size. But if its so, then this might be a good find .

We have a 2014 Keystone Bullet bunkhouse trailer. It has 4 bunks in the back, a table that drops down to a bed, a couch that pulls out to a bed and a queen bed up front. Bumper to tongue it 32 feet. We use to use a 1/2 ton to pull it but we upgraded to a 1 ton. Dry weight was somewhere around 6200 and max is 7700 I think, somewhere close to that. And it has a slide out for the table and couch. We love it!

Not sure what the need is :h What kind of tow vehicle do you plan to use ?

Many families doing this have a problem with the TV . How are you all going to travel with all your stuff , towing a 10,000# TT without overloading the TV ? Planning on using two travel vehicles or park the TT on a seasonal site ?

Many of the trailer mfg.'s offer bunk model floorplans, but they are long and heavy with heavy tongue weight eating up some payload.

Like the Jayco 29QBS

It might be easier to put the kids in a tent and the dogs in their own bedroom ? :B
