Installed new Norcold board and fridge still won't work

Board was fried on the N611/N811 SO I installed a new one. Cost me around $300 CAD.

Now the fridge is blinking both lights faintly. Certainly not as bright as before.

I do not hear the propane trying to light.

Fridge does not work on gas or electric.

Any advice is appreciated.

Propane is on.
furnace works
stove works
everything works except for the fridge.

does the fridge have a battery I don't know about?
Fridge does not work when RV connected to 30A

Should have bought a Dinosaur board. Gas on? Gas lines purged? Good 12VDC? 120VAC at the outlet?
