We are seriously looking at buying a 31BHPR. It pretty much has everything we are looking for in a TT, the only cons we can think of with it is, it has curtains instead of solid doors for the bedroom and bunkhouse....that's about it.

Maybe because this one is so new, But i'm having a hard time finding any reviews or testimonials about them.

This is our first TT, i've rented a couple times and that makes us realize we want our own, we've been researching for months and have narrowed it down to this one.

Is there anyone out there that has any experience with the Bullet line that can give me their opinions?

Thanks!

Just wondering - is there a special forum for Bullet Premier owners like outbackers.com? I have read most of the 128 pages of posts but it would be really nice to have them organized on a site dedicated to Bullet Premiers!

There is a relatively new forum going for Keystone that has an area for Bullet owners, me being one of them. We could use more Bullet owners so please feel free to join!

Whups, I see you are already on this forum, my bad!:o

Well anyway, lets talk BULLET! We are going to pull the cover off ours tomorrow and de-winterize it. I can't wait, temps will be in the mid to upper 60's and will be a beautiful day to to open her up and think about loading in for the season.

I'm newer to the site but I don't believe so. We could probably ask to start one for the Bullet/Premier since they are similar, just Premier is the upper line. It would be nice so that we could discuss situations relative to them.

Garysol, how do you like the dodge, we are looking for a new truck, anything bad or anything really good, we are leaning toward the dodge,

Mine is a 2008 and I have no complaints. Keep in mind that I have not driven any of the newer HD trucks though so I really have nothing to compare it to besides my last HD truck which was a 2003 3/4 ton Chevy. Would I buy another Dodge Cummins truck in the future? In a heartbeat!

Thanks that is just what I want to hear. Appreciate the feedback.

Nice Tinkering, my husband is that way too. Our old Hybrid, he installed Pergo wood flooring to replace the vinly, what a difference it made. He is unbelivable at fixing and modifying. With brand new, I'm not sure what he is going to do now.

Haha, I do not know if I am a modifying machine but I like to tinker!

Here are the new speakers I added. The 28RLPR only has speakers "A" which are inside, and speakers "C" which are the exterior pair. I added a second set inside which are now speakers "B". I placed them in the entertainment center and they are completely removeable, you would never know that they were there if I take them out in the future. They sound great.

The speakers cost me about 25.00 for the pair and the speaker grill cloth cost me 12.00. I made 2 speaker boxes out of scrap plywood and mounted the speakers in them. I then connected the speaker wire to the "B" output on the back of the stereo. I then made a small frame out of scrap wood and stapled the speaker grill cloth to it. My last step will be to use sticky velcro to hold the grills in place. Here in the pics they are just sitting inside the opening.

Before:

Speakers in place:

After with the grills. I bought beige speaker grill cloth to blend in with the interior:

Hey everyone,

Been a while and saddened to see Gary and Net and David go. Thanks for all your contributions. My main mod for the spring will be the Steady fast system to reduce sway. Heard a lot of good things about it. Anyone have any experience with it? I'm also wanting to gain the courage to try and take off the back of the rear TV so I can hook up a DVD player. I'm probably missing a lot but thats all I can think about right now. Cheers!

I have a different model so I cannot help you with the TV. I am in the middle of adding "B" speakers to the radio. I slid the radio out and there are wire outputs for a pair. In the 28RLPR there are "A" speakers inside near the back, and "C" speakers on the exterior. I have the new front "B" speakers hooked up and they work great, I just have to finish off the speaker grill. I will post pics when done.

Also, I have never liked the U-dinettes. I see the new 2012 Premier's all now have booth style which I prefer. I took my screw gun out to the center section of the dinette this weekend. The whole center section will come out in one piece easily transforming it into a booth style. Even the cusions still fit. All you need to do after is get a bigger tabletop. I did chicken out and put the center section back in, I guess I am not ready to do that yet! haha.

Greg, you are a modifyin' machine HAH!! :B

2011 Bullet 278 - We purchased last year, had looked at all Bullets and Premiers, we just liked this layout for our needs, love the captain chairs and big back window. Took out camping at least four weekends last year. We love it. Nothing about it is bad, husband closed up and winterized himself. My daughter is 10 and thinks it's the best. Like access to back bedroom from outside. And love the laundry shoot. I really can't ask for more, only thing missing is a fireplace and dish washer, but I am camping so I think I can live without.
