Any info about why keystone has stopped making the vantage line? I found some on clearance that are about 20K off of msrp or around 25K. Seems too good to be true. I seen post concerning the roof issues. any other issues I need to be aware about? Quality seems to be good. am I missing something?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 words... KITCHEN SINK!!..... Is that sink really as small as it looks in the pictures? From the pics I've seen, it lookalike a slightly larger bathroom sink. Usually one of my jobs is washing dishes and I cannot imagine doing dishes in that little bowl.

Other than that, it looks like a cool trailer.

The sink is not as big as our double bowl at home but works well for camping. In addition, the faucet has a pull out hose for additional flexibility. We set up a small drain rack and mat for rinsing with the flexible hose that helps take the place of an additional bowl. Web pictures really do not do justice to the Vantage.

We have a 2012 Vantage 32FLS that we absolutely love. It tows well behind our Tundra, is super comfortable, very residential, and well built. We had our roof seam recall done prior to delivery and have had no warranty issues with the trailer. We have given several "tours" while camping this season and folks are very impressed. A comment we've heard several times is "pictures on the web do not do justice to this trailer". If you can still find a discounted one, it's a deal of a lifetime.

However, there is one issue for MA residents with the Vantage. MA has a yearly exise tax that is based on original MSRP so we paid tax on $20K more than we actually paid for the trailer--unfair, yes but that's how MA law is written!

Golly, I do wonder why they were discontinued? I thought it looked like a good design. I suppose they could have been to expensive to manufacture???

The warranty will not be an issue - Keystone will be there for the warranty. However, I would consider pricing as a used model since the model line will be gone and so will any name recognition. Of course, if your one of the rare owners who keeps an RV for many years this may not be any worry.

Keystones still in business, why would the warranty be useless?

I talked to a dealer and they assured me that they are good campers. I'm always Leary when it seems to be too good to be true. Found many new 29-32 footers for under 25k. May have to pull the trigger on one.
