Kudos to Torklift

Well I broke one the other day, upper stable load. You see my truck is slightly low on the left side with the camper on, so trying to fix it I was attempting to remove the stable loads on the left side and re-install with a washer between it and the mount in order to engage sooner. Even after soaking in pb blaster two days one stud still twisted off. I called Torklift and told them what I did and they said no problem, send them a pic. Instead of sending me just one they are sending a COMPLETE SET! Wow, a company that stands behind their product!

Got them on Saturday, they are the new style haven't had a chance to install them yet. ( Fast shipping, thank you Torklift!)

They are very receptive to customer input. Some of you may even be enjoying redesigns based on the feedback of other customers on this forum. There are some that complain about the cost of such great customer support - For those people, I can suggest less expensive brands that the lack support or quality of the Torklift products.

Torklift does listen to the customer and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Few things I didn't like about the lower stable loads so they did a little redesigning and sent me a prototype set to try out. I doubt you would ever find another company that serious about customer satisfaction.

Just to add a +5 or whatever to how impressed I am with Torklift products. I spent the better part of the day putting on my superhitch, frame mounts, supertruss, and XL turnbuckles. It all fit perfect and is extremely well built.

I hope to never use their warranty but great to hear they are a stand up company and I love buying American parts!

I agree with everything said! TorkLift is a stand up company and it is refreshing to deal with them.
They are always helpful and their products are great.
