Narrow Travel Trailers

Hi all,

Im looking to get a travel trailer and was wondering if there were any companies that make tt's that are narrower than the standard 96". Ive googled it a few times and keep finding companies that used to make narrow trailers, but cant find anything current. The spot i plan on backing it into on the side of my house is only 1 or 2" wider than 96" I would like a little more room than that.

Thanks for your help!

As mentioned, the funfinder's are 7' wide. Mine has a slideout that is about ten feet long, so it makes it very roomy when expanded.

Palimino/Soliare make a line of 7 footers.

Edit: I see I was beaten to that answer.

Hi!

We own a 2012 KZ Sportsmen Classic 200. It is 90" wide. Great little trailer!

You may want to rethink only having 6" on each side of TT to back into. That's very tight and I think unrealistic to back into.

yeah, i was thinking its a bit tight, but its the only option. anyone have experience with front mounted hitches? do they help maneuvering in tight spots? Its just going to be the rear 7-8 feet of the trailer that has to get into that spot.

Amerilites are nice and you rarely hear complaints about them. They do have some weight and cost saving things that people dislike like plastic sinks and osb in the cabinets but they haven't affected our camping at all. It has held up well considering we are usually miles off the beaten path running over washboards, ruts, washouts, rocks etc.

I believe our Ameri-lite is only 7 1/2 feet wide. They are a bit shorter too.

It is a 3 season entry level trailer but we use it when it gets down to the 20s at night.

There are other narrower rigs too.
