Ordered new Ram truck

I stated truck in my sig was my retirement truck, BUT, with one last hoorah, THIS will be my "retirement" truck. Just ordered a 2016' Ram 3500 DRW/CC/LB/4X4/Cummins/Aisin/4.10 in Longhorn trim and Pearl White...won't have two tone..went with monotone and chrome bumpers. Also added the rear air assist..just because. So I guess now I wait and hope everything works out OK.

Thought I'd share and ready for any of the flack I'll get from this:B

Very nice set up for the OP. I still don't understand every new Ram that the owners show have the tail dragging. Not a complaint but nice to be level. enjoy the new truck and fifth.

Congrats on an absolute beast of a truck, Jim. 39,100 lb GCWR if I'm not mistaken. Very nice trailer too.

Also, thanks for the myriad pictures, GS. It looks great. Really like the upgraded stock rims on the recent duallies.

This is HUGE change from my signature truck and I can't wait to get it. Tomorrow I am ordering a Cedar Creek 36CKTS to complete the retirement combo. :B

We are planning to do Alaska in 2017. I think we'll be ready. :R

I ordered my "Retirement Truck" on 1/6 and it went down the Ram Saltillo Assembly line on 2/3. I ordered a Ram 3500 Limited CC DRW. I am cr4 on the ramforumz 2016 Order Status Updates thread. I see you are over there too.

Me no likie the Limited Grill or tailgate. Your 13's grill should look a bit different I believe. My 15 has a "Barbed Wire" look does your 13?

With that trim level in a 2016, airline passengers will be able to tell what you're driving from the logo on your tailgate. :B

Actually today I went back out to the car lot and the only 1 ton dually's I saw with RAM logo wrote across the tailgate was the 2016 Longhorn Limited's. The 2016 Longhorn's tailgate and front end look liked my 13'... Tailgate with "RAM" written across it and the new grille seem to be only on the Longhorn Limited trim levels....again that was what I saw on the 16's today...
