rewaterproofing bunk ends tips

I have a traillite bantam b19 hybrid.. on our last trip it was stormy and wind blew hard and rained. The one side of the bunk ends seems to have lost some of its waterproofing.. What do you use to rewaterproof. thanks

its the canvas needing waterproofing the wood and seal on the doors is fine thanks
