It would have been nice to see some real axle flex, under a heavy load on undulating terra. I've seen something like this back in my hard core jeep days. When REALLY twisted up, the apparatus can flip over making the springs sit on the hanger instead of hanging on the hanger. With a very heavy rig a small round of rubber will not deter 5000 pounds of axle leverage. It would be nice to test this with a truck camper with its higher center of gravity to see if there is more sway with this set up. I cannot imagine how there could not be more sway.
