Sumosprings for help with sway ?

On our first extended trip with the mammonth on a new truck and have had a few windy travel days causing some sway . Our old truck had sumosprings and a bigwig sway bar and was pretty solid even on windy days and it was over its weights . Problem is there are no sway bars available for the the 6.4 gas ram 3500 due to exhaust system interference . so far I have only upper and lower stableloads on the new truck , it handles the weight ok and doesnโ€™t squat too much . The question is has anyone reduced sway with sumosprings without a sway bar by adding sumosprings to upper and lower stableloads or removing the stableloads and found that the sumos helped with the sway since in this case adding a sway bar involves cutting up the exhaust system on a new truck .
Thanks for any help

You can keep pontificating it, or you can buy a bunch of other stuff, or you can put a. If sway bar on it and solve the problem you asked about
Regarding the exhaust, itโ€™s a gasser, right?
A single side dump on the right, after the muffler would solve the problem 100% and may be the cheapest option if you canโ€™t just adjust/rotate whatโ€™s there now.

Thank for the help itโ€™s much appreciated , not sure which way to go at this point. Also thinking of putting the adjustable rancho shocks on in addition to anything else I do but donโ€™t see a part number online for 18 ram 2 WD 3500 but there is a listing for a 17 and I dont think anything changed from 17 to 18 ? also no listing from bilstein ? I am going to call them both this week. also going to add some air to the rear tires for the rest of this trip, may just run them at 80 psi cold which is the max, have them at 70 psi now , I donโ€™t like change much sine we hhad the last truck setup just right but this one will get there thanks again

Not the same. I put lower stable loads on my ram. Fixed 60% of away. Timbrens (similar to Sumo Springs) Cured the rest. Rides great loaded. Empty is a little harsh only when I hit a big bump.

Big sway bar is the ticket, IMO. I would hit up an exhaust shop and see what they say. They can heat and bend or maybe cut and reroute slightly. If it's a reputable place i'm sure you won't even notice it and doubt it will cost much.

On my rig, I first tried air bags. They just increased the sway and the sway was worse the higher the pressure. I took the pressure way down to avoid increasing the sway. I guess they did some good to prevent bottoming out on major bumps in the road.

I then added Supersprings. These made a huge improvement in ride. I was afraid that the ride would become harsher. The opposite was true. Because of the firmer springs, sway was reduced and I was able to dial back the Rancho shocks to a softer setting which took the harshness out of the suspension.

They will reduce sway some by effectively stiffening the suspension up.
But if your ride height is already pretty high with the stable load combo, they wonโ€™t do a lot. If you have a fair amount of squat theyโ€™ll help more, but not like a sway bar that works one side against the other.
Occasional use, fine, but if I had a primary camper hauler as you do, set it up right and put a sway bar on it. Idk how the exhaust conflicts with it, but it has to be a fairly easy fix. Couple hours at a muffler shop with a whiz wheel and buzz box!
