Torklift XL Tie Downs

Anyone run these? I recently purchased a TC, a brand new set of TL frame mounts and TL XL Tie Downs and am having problems with one of them. In the picture (the one with no sticker) it doesn't have a dimple near the bottom like the other 3 and is kinda sloppy, doesn't tighten up as easy as the other 3. What do you think?

Just sent them a picture, waiting to hear back. It's weird, doesn't have those dimples like the other 3 and doesn't seem to work right.

Call Torklift, but it is probably ok.

'10 Ford F-450, 6.4, 4.30, 4x4, 14,500 GVWR, '06 Host Rainer 950 DS, Torklift Talon tiedowns, Glow Steps, and Fastguns. Bilstein 4600s, Firestone Bags, Toyo M655 Gs, Curt front hitch, Energy Suspension bump stops.
