Truck camping in Summit County Colorado?

I am looking for a place to park overnight in or near Breckenridge or Vail during ski season. I called the city of Breckenridge and they informed me RVs are not allowed overnight within the city and they recommended Tiger Run RV Resort. So I called Tiger Run and they do NOT allow truck campers (outlawed by their HOA). What?! So I called Walmart in Frisco and you cannot park an RV overnight. It's like all of Summit County is set-up to force RV'ers to pay $300 a night for a hotel! Where the heck do truck campers park overnight when skiing in Summit county or Vail? Any help here would be greatly appreciated

Solution found!

I visited Copper Mountain for skiing last week and discoverd that they allow RVs to stay overnight for free in their parking lot and I talked with an RVer to confirm this. It is near the slopes and within a short walking distance to a restaurant/bar. It's a very large parking area so there is privacy also. Glad to find and share this! It's located here: https://www.google.com/maps/dir//39.4975191,-106.1364778/@39.4975535,-106.1366899,377m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m3!4m2!1m0!1m0

All FS camping is closed in the area. You can't park overnight in the ski lots. I smell business opportunity for someone that starts a KOA here, it's much needed

There is a lot of dispersed camping around Breck, but not sure it is accessible in winter. Check with the Dillon Ranger District, White River National Forest in Silverthorne, CO. We worked at the FS campgrounds on Lake Dillon for 3 summers. There are no RV parks except Tiger Run which is for rich people and there are plenty of FS CG's, but all would be snowed in. Wonder if you could move around in various parking lots...like City Market in Dillon, etc.? Maybe one of the churches would let you park for a donation.
