how could your design work? you need to stretch that trailer out to accommadate the bed/dinette interference when closed.
I'm assuming it would be a Murphy bed.

Not sure what your tow vehicle is... But what about an Outback Terrain 210trs? Well under 24 ft total, with a king bed slide, and bunks. No side slide so it's narrower than some, but with the rear slide it makes up for in it length. Also a small outside cook top and sink is standard.

Sorry, I missed that you were looking for overall length.

Just slightly over the 24 foot mark also look at the outdoorrvmfg.com they have a couple that may suit your needs.

Camplite 21BHS
We just had 4 adults in it last weekend. Worked great. Overall length is 24 feet. Dinette in the slide. Full size queen up front, two bunks in the back, and a dinette that converts to a small bed.

I do not see any place for clothes or towels. Where does that foresome camp?

Unfortunately the real length of that is approaching 28 ft. Many more options once you get over 25/26 ft or so.

KZ Spree has a few options:

http://www.kz-rv.com/spree-escape/E204S.html (this one, you'd have to use a sofa and/or dinette for sleeping the 4)
There's also my design:
- could sleep 6-7. Problem is, no one in their right mind would build it as it would be way too heavy for a 20' camper.

Hybrids are not marketed or designed to be towed by Minivans. Ours is a 5000lb gvw model and others are upper 6k to 7300lb gvw models. Minivans have there place at a daycare and not towing full height camper or 12ft w slideout pup.
