Waxing front of trailer?

Any good suggestions for waxing the front of the camper at the top. It's one of the rounded fronts. I can get most of it from a ladder at the front or sides, but the top in the middle I can't reach from the front or the sides. I'm thinking of laying on the roof and doing it from there, but I hate to get on the roof, it's walkable, but I'd hate to damage it.

Any ideas??

I made sure that where the ladder rests on the front is not flexing when I'm on the ladder. At a fairly steep angle, there's not that much weight on the camper.
Just need to figure out what works best for your situation.

Swiffer sweeper with a micro fiber cloth on it, replace the cloth and buff the wax off

Thanks for the ideas. I think I'll lay on the roof to get to it. I've had a 6' and 10' step ladder out there trying to reach. My front cap is not molded fiberglass, but a fiberglass sheet that is curved, and very thin. I don't trust leaning a ladder against them.

I use Nu Finish. My wash brush is on a extendable pole. I attach a dampened cloth to the brush with a couple of rubber bands, squirt some Nu Finish on it, and mop the front cap with it. After it hazes over, I wrap the brush with a dry terry cloth towel and take off the excess. I can do all all of this from the ground.

I have one of these folding workstands. I use this like a scaffolding to reach to the top of the front cap on my TT when using the power buffer

I just did this today, used my ladder that configures into a "u" shape then laid 2 2x6's across the rungs and it was perfect height to reach all of the front without issues.I had oxidation on it so I had to use polishing compound first the wax.

I bought a sheet of extruded 2" thick hard foam insulation for working on my roof. I cut it to make several pieces, that I can move as needed. Even though mine is walk able, the foam board spreads the weight, and is nice to kneel on, when caulking, cleaning, or doing AC maintenance. The foam board is light weight, and won't cause damage to rubber roof. I also use it to kneel on when waxing my front cap, for the very reason you are asking.

I purchased a soft cloth brush with a 3 ft. handle to reach it. I got it at a big box store.
