Wiring diagram for 07 Fleetwood Arcadia?

Anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for my 07 Fleetwood Arcadia? The 12V light/fan plug over the dinette seems to be inop. The others work fine. I want to find out where the wires from the dinette outlet go...

I'm trying to follow the terms you're using but when you say you used the test light at the outlet, just to be clear, you're talking about the bulb outlet and not some cigarette lighter type of outlet?

What about the wires leading INTO the outlet? Do you get power from where those wires come in? Could be just a bad light fixture.

And I do have a wiring diagram for 2005 and newer highwalls. Schematic just has a pair of wires labeled "To Ceiling Lights". It has never been helpful at all.

There isn't a bulb outlet there, it's just a 12v plug (it's not a cigarette lighter outlet, it's like a mono headphone jack) to plug in the portable light/fan combo over the dinette. I pulled down the receptacle and checked for power at the back of the fixture.

There are 4 wires that run to the roof, one set up the front right post (black and white) and one set on the bathroom/dinette side running up the back left post by the bathroom (black/red and black/blue).

The black and white wires in the front right corner look to control the general roof lighting. When I unplug it, the ceiling lights go out.

It looks like the black/blue wire at the rear is for the switched bathroom light but I'm not sure about the black/red in this pair and if it's supposed to be hot or ground. Since the outlet I'm looking at is different, like the switched bathroom light ( ie it's not a light fixture, but a 12v outlet) I'm wondering if maybe it's supposed to be powered by the black/red wire. The wires at the outlet itself are black and white, so if the black/red wire is powering it ( or providing ground for that matter) it would need to switch over somewhere to a pure black wire. I haven't had a chance yet to do a continuity check on it.

My thought right now is that both the wires in the rear/left post (black/red, black/blue) are supposed to be hot. The white wire running up the front right post could provide the ground for all the roof fixtures. The black/blue wire is pulled to a separate switch for the bathroom light. I'm betting the black/red wire here is supposed to power that 12v outlet and it's broken somewhere....

Hi all. Haven't had much time to pull the pup out of the garage to troubleshoot but yes I used a test light at the outlet and there is not 12v there. There is not a switch for this particular outlet, apart from the same master switch that controls all the other lights as well. There are only 2 sets of wires that go up the posts to the roof, and I think I know which set this light works off of. I started tracing them back to the breaker/fuse panel last time I had the top up. I'm wondering if one set (black/red trace and black/white trace) is supposed to be 2 hot wires instead of 1 hot/one ground. One of these wires is the one that powers the switched shower light. ( that works fine). I'm thinking that the other wire is supposed to power the inop outlet,

Is there a switch on the light/fan in question. Have you checked for a bad switch.

You are going to have to find the wire coming from the fuse that controls this circuit. Then trace it to the area where the wire goes into the foam. This circuit is wired as three or four circuits are joined together at one point before going to each individual light.
Since you were not able to trace the circuit from the light you are going to have to trace it from the power source. A circuit tracer would help you as you would be able to trace the wires through the foam. But not necessary I think you will find it. Are you sure you do not have 12v at the light/fan plug?

Okay then they must all run in series. I'm guessing the light closest to the wires that come up to the roof is the one that works. From there they probably connect from one light to the next. Are there any panels on the ceiling or the side of the ceiling that you can remove? I believe they run the wires through a groove or two in the ceiling.

A few things I would probably do.

I would make the hole in the ceiling a bit bigger, but not so big that the light won't cover it. Just a bit bigger so you can maybe see where the wire goes.

Maybe try pulling gently on the black wire of one light and see if any of the other wires move. Maybe you can pull the failed connector over to the hole and refresh the connection.

Or see if you can fish a straightened out metal clothes hanger between two holes. If you can, then just run a new black and white wire from the working light to the non working light and leave the old wiring in the ceiling.

Ok checked the last light and like the others just a single pair (white black) coming out of the foam in the ceiling. No.evidence of other runs coming from it...smoke detector was the same.

Thanks for.the reply, I removed 2 of the three and.it's.the same, single black and white wires...might as well pull the last one and look ...I'll post back.

As Alaska Dennis says they are probably joined in the ceiling. I would pull the lenses and then unscrew the lights from the ceiling. You might just find a junction or bundle of cables.

Look for your junction in one of the other lights.

What I really need to know is where the 12v lights that are in the ceiling are tied together? They each seem to have only 1 pair of wires going to Them that disappear into the ceiling, but one master switch by the door can control them all. That switch only has one set of wires that go into the wall. I would think that all the light fixtures are tied together somewhere... But where?
