Doesn't look like the truck is leaning towards the front right so wouldn't be surprised to find the same wheel/tire on the front driver side. If not, must be hell steering.

Is that really a donut spare, or is it a smaller regular tire, say a 15" while the back has 17"s or 18"s?

I'm wondering if the owner did that to level the truck with the weight of the camper in back . . .

Depending on the weight on the front axle, and how much weight the front tires are rated for, might be ok, or might be a disaster waiting to happen!
