Best place to get on Florida turnpike

We are at St Lucie south heading to the keys. Where would be the best place to get on the Florida turnpike going south. F150 pulling a 25foot tt.

Jupiter. I-95 through Miami is bad advice. Riff raff too poor for tolls take it. Not uncommon to see furniture in the road.

We always cross from 95 to TPK at Jupiter

I'm confused, your now in Port St. Lucie? If so, head south to Stuart and get on there.

Assuming non rush hour I'd take I-95 to 84 in Ft Laud and get on there. 95 through Palm Beach county moves really well.

I-85 wherever that is, it isn't in Florida. The FTP goes right thru St Lucie just pick it up there. The FTP is by far the best way to head south. Traffic once you get to Ft Lauderdale and Miami is terrible but the FTP cuts right thru it. If you are going to the keys the FTP ends and drops you off on US 1. You just keep on driving straight south.
