Gas prices in Canada may drop below $1 per liter

I don't know what that will do to diesel prices but hopefully they'll drop a lot in BC and the Yukon. It would make crossing Canada next year a lot more pleasant.

Here in NS the diesel has dropped 13% from the high of the year.

This is including the $0.03 cent increase in price per liter when they switched over to winter blend.

The diesel here is about the same price as the NE USA. The difference is in the taxes...

Our diesel now comes from all over the world including importing from the USA, Europe and the Caribbean...

They could not afford to operate our refinery and shut it down, so all is brought in by ocean shipping.

I sometimes worry more about the quality than the price...

In your truck you could be burning diesel and refined product from anywhere in the world in this neck of the woods.

$1.23 for Reg Gas and Diesel was $1.34 on Sunday in the West Kootenays, we never get low cost Gas..... ( fuel)

Herein Windsor,ON gas is $1.12 a ltr and diesel is $1.19 a ltr. A few days ago gas was $1.06. It goes up and down like a toilet seat here and usually goes up just before the weekend....but we're not being gouged!!!!!

Just gassed up the beast at Costco here in town and 89.9 in Calgary as of a few minutes ago.

Haven't seen myself but maybe will be filling today to confirm. Costco selling gas here in cowtown for 93.9/litre.

$1.18/L or 4.45/gal still way over what we pay down here ($3.35) but that's no surprise. Diesel has been dropping a lot slower than gas here as well so maybe the heating fuel oil theory makes sense. Gas is about 72 cents a liter here in US $

Costco Saskatoon is 94.9 a liter,97.9 at Independant grocery and get .07 a liter store credit.Right on Highway 16 toward Alaska.lol.
